Highs:
- Easy to use
- Lots of features
- Can check E-mail from any computer with internet
- Easy to read
- Linked with Cox.net and other news websites

Lows:
- Costs money (for service)
- Doesn't always work the way u want it
- After 30minutes it automaticly drops you (and doesn't tell you)
- Only blocks a certain amount of spam (after your spam blocker fills up with blocked sites, it lets the rest go through)

Conclusion:
- Not recommended
- Others better out there
