Pros
gmail was very easy to use and navigate
it has large archives
already set with some folders

Cons
not much bad to say so far, need to use more often to comment on features
has abundance of features Do you find this valuable?

I too used gmail, because I already have a gmail account, mostly for mail that I think will elicit spam. I did find it easy to use I still haven't figured out how create custom folders as yet. When I do, I will prodably use it more. It has a really nice calendar feature, where you can create multiple calendars and toggle them on and off
Right now most of my email is read through Outlook. That is what is used at the office, I have used it for years, and I find it very well organized. With
outlook I have my contacts, my tasks, my calendar right in front of me. I can even check out a shared calendar. I have it configured to go out to get my ccri mail, nice feature. Outlook is probably the first thing that I start up when I log on. Do you find this valuable?
